From The Top Down!
Top Down Gutter & Windows was started by D’angilo Willis, a Wildland Fire Captain and Emergency Medical Technician in Northern California. What started as a side hustle to keep busy in the off-season when fires were no longer active, eventually turned into another opportunity to save homes, but this time from water damage, flooding, rot, and excessive gutter repair expenses, rather than fire.
D’angilo recalls, while working in Sacramento and Woodland California, learning the craft with Rooftop View Gutter and Windows, he was constantly told and reminded, “Clean roofs from the top down! Wash the rain gutters from the top down! Clean windows from the top down! Wash houses from the top down!” Everything was to be done from the top down. And so, an idea was born. He later started a gutter and window cleaning business in Butte county servicing the surrounding areas. To no surprise, it was named “Top Down”.
Since its inception, Top Down has defined itself by strong work ethic and integrity, offering gutter cleaning, gutter repair, gutter installation, solar panel cleaning, pressure washing, window washing services and free gutter inspections and quotes to Chico, Redding, Red Bluff, Orland, Oroville, Paradise and Yuba City.

This is the section where we get to name off random general words like, Honesty, discipline, excellence and dependency. These are all nice concepts to value and hopefully we demonstrate them all, but in practice, there are two values that we know every customer is able to see in us: work ethic, integrity, and communication. that’s our formula for success. We work as hard as is needed, we always do it the right way regardless of who will see it, and we always maintain good communication with our customers.
