While that’s possible, due to a number of factors, that’s not usually the case and when it is, its nowhere near as bad as home owners assume. This is where pressure washing comes in to play. With the right amount of pressure, layers of built up dirt can be washed right off, revealing a shining home you never knew was hiding in plain sight.

*Significantly smaller homes and trailers can be done for as low as $400
Commercial Pressure Washing
Commercial pressure, like house washing can bring the shine out of a building but has many other factors that need to be taken into consideration. Every building is designed different and consequently has to be washed different. Our general principle is: if we can reach it, we can wash it. That said, (with very few exceptions*) we do not wash buildings higher than two stories. The higher we reach, usually the lower the quality of the wash. We try to stick to what we can give top quality results with.
