Gutter cleaning
We offer residential and commercial gutter cleaning. Unlike other companies or sites who seem to keep their pricing a mystery, we plainly state our prices to help save your time.
Single story homes: $225
Two Story homes: $325
This is assuming that your home doesn’t have any gutter guards to be removed, and the pitch of your roof is not too steep to walk on. If you have gutter guards, depending on how many feet of gutters you have, it will be an additional$100-$150 to cover the additional hours for removing and reinstalling. In some cases, if you have metal mesh gutter guards, it is possible to clean your gutters through the gutter guards. if this is possible for your gutters, then there is no additional charge.
Commercial buildings typically start at $500 and go up from there based on size and accessibility of the gutters. Request a free estimate to get accurate quotes anytime.
Gutter Repair
We offer residential and commercial gutter repairs.
From minor leaks to hanging gutters, we’ve seen it all. our repairs are generally $150 for the first repair and an additional $10 for each additional issue attached to the first such as multiple leaks or a hanging gutter that is detached from several rafter tails or in multiple locations. The exception to this is in the case where the leaks are in the miters (corners) of the gutters, or where the gutter is hanging off on multiple sides of the house.
Miters are a little more difficult to deal with. Process requires us to remove all previously applied sealant (which is often layered from previous attempt to “fix” a leak) and then seal it. This can be a tedious process; often taking up to an hour or longer per miter. For this reason, we charge $25 per additional miter. Downspout repairs are only $50-$100 depending on the issue (e.g. clogs, damaged part). Anything beyond this may make more since to simply replace the downspout with a new one since the cost to do so is $150-$200.
As far as the cost of repairing detached gutters, it is $150 plus $10 per rafter tail it will need to be reattached to. This can vary due to complications like secured gutter guards that need to be unscrewed to access the inside of the gutter to reattach them, or a fence or trees that are too close, creating a narrow space and making it very difficult to access and work on the gutter.
Ultimately, it would still be good to get a free estimate, but this atleast provides a standard guide for potential customers to have an idea of what to expect if there are no complications and to know how we are determining cost.
Gutter Guards
We offer residential and commercial gutter gutter guard installation.
We charge a set rate of $11 per linear foot for gutter guard installation, no matter how big the property. Unlike some companies (who wont be named) we don’t send out a salesman with prices that may fluctuate based on what they think you can afford. You can call and simply tell us exactly how many feet of gutter you have and we will multiply that number by 11 and send you that as an estimate. Of course, if you don’t know the length, we can come out and measure it for you, but at least you know exactly what your getting.
We only use fine metal micromesh gutter guards which handle the heat best and keep out smaller debris like pine needles or the sediment from shingles. These are the best option for Northern Californian properties and are also the easiest to maintain.
Gutter Installations
We offer minor residential and commercial gutter installation.
I know “minor” and “major” are subjective words. So, to clarify, allow me to give some general exclusions:
we typically do not install
1. full new builds or homes and buildings still under construction;
2. complete gutter system replacements
3. any project requiring more than 100′ of continuous gutter;
4. any project requiring gutters to be installed above 24′; and
5. any project requiring us to work simultaneously with other contractors.
We are the little guys and although it would seem to say no to a paying project, this criteria is why we are able to maintain a small crew that can afford to travel as far as we do for a small downspout replacement that most other companies wouldn’t even consider. This has also allowed us to spend more time on each project and focus on the details, provide premium customer service and personalized communication.
